KLF Lamb is a division of Kluyts Livestock Farming (Pty) Ltd. Kluyts Livestock Farming (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2012 by founding partner Hennie Kluyts, who has a passion for farming, and food. His family has been farmers for generations, and this business is his hobby that turned into a prosperous business over time.
Our main business is to supply quality lamb from accredited farmers to the wholesale market, and whole and half lamb direct to the public, saving the housewife time and money. We strive to “meat your needs” and we make sure that our customers get the best quality product, at an affordable price, in the most efficient way.
KLF Lamb also supplies various products complimenting the lamb, making your braai or cooking experience “lambtastic”. These products includes the best quality geel vet biltong, that will leave your taste buds sizzling, portable braai stands of exceptional quality, and solid wooden boards, made from Kiaat, that is used for preparing your dishes, as well as serving your meals to your guests at the table. All these products will enhance your entertainment experience, and that is what we try to achieve. We are also in the process of expanding our range of complimentary products. Kluyts Livestock Farming (Pty) Ltd is a member of the Meatmaster Association of South Africa. We strive to provide Meatmaster meat, when available. When your product supplied to you is from Meatmaster sheep, we will lable the product as such. The Meatmaster is a sheep breed that is bred for their meat on the veld. Meatmaster Breeders pride themselves with the fact that they stick to the breeding norms laid down before them with the main one being leave the animal out in nature, to perform in nature because only then we will find the cream rising to the top. The Meatmaster is a composite sheep breed in South Africa. It is bred as a non-fat tailed hair-type sheep for meat production.
